Project: Fit-Out Contract Phase 1, 2 & 3
To date, EPL Ltd. have installed 4 Glatts for Forest Laboratories. This involved the insertion of a new machine (which is approximately 13 m tall) into an existing, live FDA approved pharmaceutical facility.
Three phases of fit out work were also completed. In conjunction with the mechanical and electrical contractors, the strip out of all the services had to be stringently controlled to ensure the “live” part of the building had no interruptions of service.
End Use
To date EPL has completed 32 projects at Forest Laboratories. These projects have ranged in value from approximately €1.2 million to €5,000 with a total value of approximately €4.2 million. These figures exclude Vat and M&E
