The ARUP Dublin HQ office contract consisted of Grade A energy rated 3rd generation office accommodation and basement car park. The second part of this development for Monrick Ltd saw the directors of Elliott Properties work closely with Sustainability Energy Ireland, Envirobuild and our specialist sub-contractors to achieve the above Energy Ratings and maintain our high environmental standards.
End Use
ARUP required a 40,000ft2 Office block and plant room alongside Monrick Ltd who tendered for a 6,000ft2 retail complex in addition to 78 Apartments plus 8 luxury state of the Art Penthouse Apartments.
Tender
While working for James Elliott Construction Ltd the directors of Elliott Properties Ltd managed the successful delivery of the Charlotte Quay Mixed Use Development. This was awarded by Competitive tender at €30,760,000.00. We acted as the Main Contractor and PSCS.
