Elliott Properties Ltd were the main Building Contractor & Project Supervisor at the Construction stage of this extension. This project commenced in February 2012 and finished in August 2014.
This project involved ensuring we kept a LIVE facility in production whilst we complied with all relevant ATEX regulations. We successfully completed this project to the highest GMP compliant finish, in time and under budget.
End Use
The finished project consisted of new clean rooms, offices, laboratories and a mezzanine plant room spanning a 3,100 m2 area.
