Elliott Properties Limited has recently commenced work on the upper courtyard buildings of Abbottstown house. This €2.1M refurbishment includes internal and external alterations, demolition of outbuilding to the rear, single storey extension to the rear garden space and upgrading works to the north and west block of the upper courtyard buildings. The new office accommodation will be occupied by Sports Ireland and is due for completion in late 2017.

Elliott Properties Ltd. have just commenced a new €2.2M refurbishment of Ofalia House in Edenderry. This Community Nursing Unit is a prime HSE care unit with sizeable residential accommodation. Works are underway to reconfigure and refurbish the interior to comply with HIQA Standards including associated site works, demolitions and site preparation.
