Paul Elliott
For the past five years Paul has been Managing Director of EPL accountable for a turnover of over 11M across various projects.
Paul graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2003 with a Degree in Structural Engineering. He has worked his way through as a Setting Out Engineer, CAD technician, and assistant foreman to Contracts Director before taking over EPL in 2010.
His expertise on site – coordinating personnel, specialist subcontractors, the erection of structure s and finishing projects to the highest standards have become synonymous with Paul’s style of management. His experience over the years has ensured EPL progresses from strength to strength.
James Elliott
James Elliott qualified from U.C.D. in 1969 with a Bachelor of Architecture degree.
He spent the early part of his career working with Robinson Keefe & Devane honing his talent for building design and structure.
In 1973 he returned to the family business, P. Elliott & Co Ltd, where he enjoyed a successful career. His role was one of company director and contracts manager.
In 1989 James established James Elliott Construction Ltd which he founded on his strategy of teamwork and delivering quality and service to clients.
In 2010 James joined Paul as a director in Elliott Construction. James has a personal interest in achieving an exemplary standard of completion on all contracts. His dedicated workforce have followed him throughout the years and still continue to do so.
James has over 50 years’ experience in the Construction industry and as a qualified Architect brings an experienced eye and a wealth of knowledge to the construction phase of any development.
With an extensive portfolio of contracts under his guidance -ranging from private developments, to public works contracts, James was also to the forefront in developing and funding many advanced IDA factory units nationwide.
